Hike 85: Costa del Silencio/Playa San Blas
In the south there are some beautiful coastal walks with swimming opportunities. The approach is via Guaza. We park in Costa del Silencio near the coast. On the coast we first go up to the Montana Amarilla. The climb is short and easy. Then it goes down again.
We pass Playa Colmares and reach a residential area behind it. We pass 2 small golf courses and a small harbour. Now we walk along the coast past some hotel complexes before we reach Playa San Blas. Here is a small area with piled up sand, sunbeds and parasols. The beach itself, however, offers only small stones. For holidaymakers staying in the south, this is a worthwhile hike.
